Request deletion
Email hello@stagecontinuity.com from the address associated with your Continuity account. Use the subject “Continuity data deletion request.”
Please include enough information for us to find the correct records:
- your account email address;
- the organization, workspace or project name, if applicable; and
- whether you want to delete your account, particular project content, a beta application, or all eligible data.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys or copies of identity documents in the initial email.
Verification and authorization
We may ask you to verify control of the relevant account or provide information needed to confirm your identity and authority. An organization administrator may need to approve deletion of organization-owned project data. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of that authority.
Google access and imported data
You can revoke Continuity’s future access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access disconnects the integration but does not itself delete files or data already imported into Continuity.
To remove imported Google data from Continuity, identify the connected account and the projects or files in your deletion request.
What happens next
We will review the request, confirm its scope and respond within the time required by applicable law. Where deletion is available, we will remove or de-identify eligible data from active systems and explain any material limitations.
Deleting your account may remove access to shared projects. Content owned by an organization or shared with other authorized collaborators may remain under that organization’s control.
Retention and exceptions
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until they are overwritten in the ordinary course. When deletion is not possible, we may restrict further use where appropriate.
