Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Spuree Labs, Inc. provides Continuity, including the Continuity website, Folio, Agent Continuity, Brand Continuity and related products, integrations and beta services (collectively, the “Services”), and how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you use the Services or communicate with us.

“Continuity,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Spuree Labs, Inc.. “You” means the person using the Services and, when applicable, the organization on whose behalf that person acts. This policy is adapted from the privacy framework used for our Spuree services, with disclosures specific to Continuity’s shared project, agent and brand-memory workflows.

Depending on how you use Continuity, you may provide:

• Account and contact data, such as your name, email address, profile image, company, role and preferences.
• Beta application data, such as team size, product interest, use case and referral or campaign information.
• Project content, including files, documents, prompts, comments, review history, decisions and AI-generated outputs.
• Brand materials, including websites, logos, style guides, images, audio, video and other assets you choose to provide.
• Communications, including support requests, feedback, surveys and messages you send to us.
• Commercial information, if paid Services become available, such as subscription and transaction records. Payment details may be handled by a payment provider rather than stored by Continuity.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may then be unavailable.

We and our service providers may automatically log device and usage information, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, general location derived from IP, pages and features used, timestamps, referring pages, diagnostic events and interactions with our messages.

The website and Folio may use cookies and similar technologies needed to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect the Services, understand performance and prevent abuse. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

We may receive information from services you connect or use to sign in. Google sign-in may provide identifiers such as your name, email address, profile image and a stable account identifier. If you connect Google Drive, Google Sheets, Zoom or another integration, we may receive OAuth tokens, file metadata and content you select or request us to process.

We may also receive contact information when another user invites you to a project or workspace. Please provide another person’s information only when you are authorized to do so.

When you connect a Google service, Continuity uses Google user data only to provide and improve features you request, such as authentication or working with files and documents you select. We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising.

Continuity’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Continuity’s Google access from your Google Account. Revoking access stops future API access but does not automatically remove information already imported into a Continuity project; see our Data Deletion page to request deletion.

Continuity may send prompts, project context and selected content to AI or media-processing providers to perform actions you request, such as searching project files, creating or editing content, building brand memory, or generating images, audio and video. The data sent depends on the feature, provider and permissions you choose.

AI-generated outputs and agent activity may be stored with the project so authorized collaborators can review decisions, comments and revisions. Additional enterprise terms or product notices may describe provider-specific controls.

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, personalize and improve the Services;
• authenticate users and administer accounts, projects, permissions and invitations;
• process files, prompts, comments, reviews and requested AI or media workflows;
• maintain reusable project context and brand memory at your direction;
• send service, security, beta-access and support communications;
• analyze performance and create aggregated or de-identified insights;
• prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
• comply with law, enforce our terms and protect rights, safety and property.

We may send marketing communications where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, but we may still send transactional or service-related messages.

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, security, support, AI and media processing.
• People and organizations you authorize, including project collaborators, workspace members and connected third-party services.
• Account administrators, who may manage members, permissions and organization content.
• Affiliates, professional advisers and business partners where needed to operate our business or provide a jointly offered service.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services or others.
• Transaction participants in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale or similar business transaction.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Continuity is designed for shared work. Files, comments, decisions, generated outputs and profile information may be visible to people who have access to the same project or workspace. Project owners and organization administrators may manage access and may be able to view, export or delete organization content.

If you use an organization-provided email address, that organization may control the account or request that it be connected to an organization workspace, subject to applicable agreements and notice.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup, accounting and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the type of information, the project or account lifecycle, customer instructions and legal requirements.

Founding-beta application records may be retained while we evaluate and operate the beta. You may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page. Some information may remain in backups or be retained when required by law.

We use technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for using appropriate project permissions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, or appeal a decision about your request. These rights may be limited by law and may require identity verification.

To make a request, follow the steps on our Data Deletion pageor email hello@stagecontinuity.com. You may also have the right to complain to a local privacy or data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We and our service providers may transfer, store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link or integration does not mean we control or endorse the third party’s practices.

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate and update the effective date. The revised policy applies when it becomes effective.
